THIS IS A NO-NONSENSE PRESS RELEASE FROM A NO-NONSENSE BEER BRAND.
April 12, 2022 [Saint John, New Brunswick] – James Ready is a beer for people who like to drink beer. But people also like to drink vodka-based hard seltzers. And so today, James Ready is officially announcing the launch of JR Hard Seltzer.
Let’s acknowledge the elephant-sized seltzer can in the room: we’re not the first beer brand to get into the Seltzer game. But just because we’re late to the party doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun.
JR Hard Seltzer is a full-flavoured and bold (hello, 6% ABV) vodka-based seltzer, now available at retail locations across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI. You can find JR Hard Seltzer in four flavours: Lemon Lime, Orange Cherry, Peach Mango and Raspberry Lime.
Just like this press release, it’s not fancy. It’s just right.

About Moosehead Breweries
Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been led by the Oland family since 1867. After more than 150 years, our rich history is as rich as the flavour of our beer. What makes Moosehead so unique is that when challenges arise, we face them head-on. At Moosehead we’re a team of doers. We believe that obstacles are opportunities to show the world what you’re capable of. We exist to reawaken and reward the courage to go after what’s difficult.
